hmmm, i can't exactly pick one person, but the two people that i think are most qualified are:

nessarose; she's really mature for her age, for one. she also treats everyone equally, so nobody feels unwelcome. and she's a good, active mod too.

len; (just for the record i know everyone's gonna nominate len she is perf~) len's really friendly and enthusiastic! she posts on pretty much every topic she can, and she's on all the time. i havent seen her say anything mean or negative, either!!
